PLC Operator

• Operate, monitor, and control PLC-based automation systems to ensure smooth and continuous production operations, adhering to defined process parameters, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.


• Perform routine checks, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting of PLC panels, sensors, actuators, and control systems to identify faults, minimize downtime, and support uninterrupted plant operations.


• Assist in loading, modifying, and validating PLC programs under the guidance of engineers, ensuring changes align with operational requirements and documented change control procedures.


• Monitor alarms, system logs, and HMI displays to detect abnormalities, respond promptly to operational deviations, and escalate complex technical issues to maintenance or automation teams.


• Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, and production teams during breakdowns, preventive maintenance activities, and system upgrades to ensure timely resolution and process stability.


• Maintain accurate records of system performance, faults, corrective actions, and daily operational reports to support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and company policies while operating automation equipment, and actively participate in safety drills and improvement programs.
