Designing & System Architecture

• Analyze application requirements to conceptualize and design automation systems.
  
• Develop control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and electrical system architectures.
  
• Select and integrate components including PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, encoders, and limit switches.
  
• Create detailed system documentation including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for control panel fabrication, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
  

Programming & Development

• Program PLC and HMI systems using

  Ladder Logic

  Structured Text (ST)

  languages.
• Configure and commission

  and integrate industrial communication protocols (

• Provide technical assistance to field service teams for issues related to PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo systems.
  
• Support pre-sales efforts with technical specifications, BOMs, and solution design consultations.
  
• Address breakdowns in automation systems to minimize operational downtime and ensure quick restoration.
  

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in

  Electrical Engineering

  ,

  Automation

  ,

  Electronics

  , or related field.
• 25 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation projects.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning or support.
