Job Title:

PLC Commissioning Engineer (PAN India Site Support)

Job Location:

PAN India (Extensive Site Travel Required)

2 6 Years (PLC Programming & Commissioning)

Employment Type:

Full Time

• PLC programming, testing, and commissioning at project sites across PAN India.
  
• Execution of PLC, HMI, and SCADA commissioning activities as per project requirements.
  
• Modification and troubleshooting of PLC programs during commissioning and site execution.
  
• Loop checking, I/O testing, panel testing, FAT & SAT support.
  
• Coordination with project managers, clients, and site engineers during execution and commissioning.
  
• On-site troubleshooting of automation systems and resolving operational issues.
  
• Support during startup, trial runs, and performance testing.
  
• Preparation of commissioning reports, site documentation, and as-built drawings.
  
• Providing technical support and training to client representatives during handover.
  
• Adherence to safety standards and site protocols.
  

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in PLC Programming & Commissioning.
  
• Proficiency in PLCs such as

  Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider /

  (any one or more).
• Experience with

  HMI & SCADA systems

  .
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
  
• Good understanding of control panels, field instruments, sensors, and actuators.
  
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and control schematics.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across India at short notice.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and site teams.
  
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling pressure during site commissioning.
