PLC & Automation Project Coordinator

Core responsibilities

• Project and task management:

• Assigning and managing the team's daily workload and monitoring project timelines.
• Tracking project progress and compiling status reports.
• Ensuring the team meets project deadlines and goals.

• Team and stakeholder coordination:

• Acting as a central point of contact for the team and liaising with other departments, clients, and vendors.
• Organizing and facilitating team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Supporting new team members' onboarding processes.

• Problem-solving and support:

• Identifying and addressing issues that arise during a project or application lifecycle.
• Ensuring team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
• Providing guidance and support to team members.
• Escalating complex problems to leadership when necessary.

• Quality assurance and documentation:

• Ensuring applications are properly built, configured, tested, and validated.
• Maintaining and organizing team documentation, databases, and digital files.
• Ensuring compliance with IT project management methodologies and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in EEE / ECE / Instrumentation
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
