Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, modify, and test
PLC/DCS logic and SCADA configurations
for process plants
Prepare and review
I/O lists, control philosophy, logic diagrams, and instrument data sheets
Integrate automation systems with process equipment such as
screens, refiners, cleaners, pulpers, thickeners, approach flow systems, etc.
Troubleshoot
PLC, SCADA, and field instrumentation issues
during execution and operation
Coordinate with
process, mechanical, and electrical teams
during project engineering
Conduct
FAT, SAT, loop checks, system testing, and commissioning
Provide
site support during installation, start-up, and optimization
phases
Travel to customer sites as required during commissioning and support activities

Preferred candidate profile

Dip /B.E. / B.Tech
in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field
48 years
of experience in
PLC/SCADA/DCS automation
for process industries
Strong hands-on experience in
PLC programming and commissioning
Good understanding of
process automation and industrial instrumentation
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Willingness to travel for
project commissioning and site support
