Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience in testing applications using Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and test cases using Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium to ensure product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.

Identify document and track defects and issues in a timely manner.

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Provide input on functional requirements product designs and schedules.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.

Work closely with developers to ensure that defects are understood prioritized and resolved.

Maintain test environments and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest builds and configurations.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Mentor and guide junior team members in testing practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience with Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium.

Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.

Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

Should have experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a hybrid work model.

Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Must have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
