Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Playwright Automation Tester. The Automation Tester will design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright to support the testing of web applications. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, conducting thorough API testing, collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects, and ensuring high-quality software performance through rigorous testing processes. The role also involves maintaining detailed test documentation and contributing to the overall quality assurance strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Automation Testing, specifically with Playwright, to create and execute automated test cases
Expertise in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing practices
Experience in designing and executing detailed Test Cases
Ability to perform API Testing effectively
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or equivalent is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
