Intermediate Software Quality Engineer (Level M) Essential Skills (Must-Haves) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python. Strong experience with Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Appium. Good hands-on experience in Playwright Evaluate candidates expertise in handling dynamic XPath. Experience in creating test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend layers. Strong expertise in SQL using joins and PLSQL Experience in managing test data. Integration of SQL into automation. Extensive experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, ADO, or similar tools. In-depth understanding of DevOps practices. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Experience with mobile cloud platforms like Headspin, Browserstack. Experience in requirement gathering, breaking into user stories, scenario creation, test case creation, execution, and test closure report. Proficiency in automating API testing. Experience: 5+ years in software testing, with strong exposure to automation and performance testing. Soft Skills: Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships within the organization and industry. Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions effectively. Assertiveness: Proactively addressing issues and ensuring quality assurance priorities are met. Attention to Detail: Identifying gaps and areas of improvement in testing processes.
