Key Responsibilities: Acquire and grow High Net Worth customer relationships (liability and commercial asset focused). Source new clients through personal efforts and acquisition channels. Ensure superior customer service and adherence to bank policies. Cross-sell bank products to mapped branch customers. Promote new products and enhancements to deepen client relationships. Organize sales initiatives and client engagement events. Coordinate with group companies for cross-product offerings. Maintain updated customer relationship records. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong relationship management skills with HNI clients. Sound knowledge of Trade, Forex, CA, CC, OD, TL, Export Finance. Familiarity with Mutual Funds and Insurance is a plus. Graduate with 68 years / Postgraduate with 46 years of experience.
