Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture & Design

  :

  Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform

  .

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  : Implement and manage infrastructure using

  Terraform

  to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.

• GCP Services Expertise

  : Work extensively with GCP services including

  Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub

  , to build efficient and resilient systems.

• CI/CD & DevOps

  : Implement and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools like

  Cloud Build, Bitbucket, and Bamboo

  , and apply strong understanding of

  DevOps principles

  .

• Data Transformation

  : Utilize working knowledge of

  DBT

  for data transformation within data pipelines.

• Scripting & Version Control

  : Develop automation scripts using

  Python

  and manage code repositories with

  Git

  (including Git CLI commands).

• Collaboration & Documentation

  : Use

  Confluence and Jira

  for documentation, project tracking, and team collaboration.

• System Optimization

  : Focus on optimizing system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in

  designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform

  .
• Experience implementing

  Infrastructure as Code

  using

  Terraform

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Cloud Platform services

  , including

  Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Build

  .
• Working knowledge of

  DBT

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Git

  and

  Python

  .
• Good understanding and exposure to
