Where You ll Make a Difference

• Implement and integrate data analytics solutions across Snowflake, Fivetran/HVR, dbt, Airflow, and Power BI in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Define and enforce platform governance and best practices for Snowflake, Fivetran/HVR, dbt, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and platform issues, ensuring high reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Administer and optimize Snowflake infrastructure, including performance tuning, RBAC, encryption, audit controls, and warehouse/storage optimization, with automation using Terraform, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Manage Power BI service workloads, including gateways, security, data sources, and performance tuning; support teams in building reliable dashboards and analytics.
• Design and maintain core infrastructure and data pipelines for Fivetran/HVR/dbt environments; enable CI/CD automation, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Infrastructure teams on backup, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and cost optimization strategies.
• Develop automation for cloud platforms and perform root-cause analysis for system issues to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document and share best practices, providing technical mentorship and guidance across analytics platforms to strengthen organizational capability.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Data Warehouses, including dimensional data modelling for analytics and reporting.
• 2+ years of experience in programming and automation, including CI/CD using Python, Shell scripting, Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Expertise in building data ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch sources, including APIs, streaming data, logs, XML, JSON, text files, and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and data processing frameworks for high-performance analytics.
• Proven experience working with multiple technologies, delivering innovative solutions that enhance organizational data capabilities and support large-scale integration in diverse, multi-cultural environments.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Oracle ERP, integrating data for advanced analytics and reporting.
