Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Plastic Sealing Pouch Operator to manage the pouch sealing process efficiently and ensure high-quality packaging for our products
The ideal candidate will have experience operating sealing machines, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain plastic pouch sealing machines for packaging skin care, cosmetic, and oral care products
Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and sealing parameters for different packaging materials
Monitor the production line for quality control, ensuring proper sealing strength, accuracy, and hygiene standards
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards
Maintain production records, batch logs, and reports as per company policies
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment
Assist in packaging process improvements and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills (Technical Skills):

Experience in operating plastic sealing machines (manual, semi-automatic, or automatic)
Knowledge of heat sealing, vacuum sealing, and other pouch sealing techniques Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and packaging guidelines Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality control measures

Soft Skills (Interpersonal & Work Ethic):

Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with production staff Time management skills to meet daily production targets Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues quickly

Education & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass, ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field is preferred
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pouch sealing or packaging operations in a manufacturing environment Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is a plus
