Full Time
to run and maintain extrusion lines for the production of high-quality plastic profiles, sheets, or tubes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with extrusion machines, a good understanding of polymers, and the ability to monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent output quality.
Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, feed rate, etc.) to maintain optimal performance.
Feed raw materials (granules/pellets) into hoppers and ensure continuous supply.
Perform in-process checks using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
Change dies, screens, and tooling as required for different products.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area, and follow safety procedures.
Record daily production, process parameters, and downtime in log sheets.
Coordinate with maintenance and QC teams for troubleshooting and quality feedback.
ITI / Diploma in Plastic Processing, Mechanical, or related field.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings and use measurement tools.
Understanding of extrusion defects and corrective actions.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and safety orientation.
