Role & responsibilities Documentation: Prepare and process export documentation, including customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Ensure all documentation complies with relevant international trade regulations and export controls. Maintain accurate records of export transactions. Logistics: Coordinate and optimize the flow of goods for export, including scheduling shipments, arranging transportation, and managing freight forwarders. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Track shipments and address any issues that arise during the export process. Compliance: Stay up-to-date on international trade laws, regulations, and export controls. Ensure compliance with sanctions and trade restrictions. Work with legal and regulatory teams to manage export licenses and permits. Communication & Customer Service: Communicate with international customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth export operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise. Liaise with various government and non-government department (like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc). Liaise with the government authorities (DGFT) for obtaining licenses and availing Incentives for the post shipment of products.
