Job Description

As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the team to ensure work is completed on time and with proper quality. - Assigning duties to workers and monitoring their performance. - Maintaining records of daily work. - Reporting any issues and updates to the Manager. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety rules. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be overseeing the loading/unloading activities.
