Plant Supervisor – Beverages Manufacturing Unit

We are a fast-growing beverage company specializing in Non carbonated soft drinks, Juices and innovative mocktails. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with advanced technology and modern machinery to ensure premium quality products for our customers.

To strengthen our production operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Plant Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day plant activities, ensure smooth operations, maintain production efficiency, and vendor management .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production processes of non carbonated drinks, milk-based, water based juices and different types of mocktails
• Manage plant staff and assign tasks to achieve production targets.
• Travelling to vendor factories and and acquiring raw materials etc.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and government regulations.
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and inventory management.
• Oversee operation, servicing, and maintenance of machinery.
• Collaborate with the production manager and quality control team to maintain consistent product quality.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and present to management.
• Troubleshoot issues in production lines and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the plant.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a beverages/soft drinks manufacturing unit.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, machinery handling, production processes and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidate should be from Greater Noida or nearby Greater Noida only.

• Candidate must have a bike.
