As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD Executive to join our team and support the development and setup of our new beverage production plant. Key Responsibilities: Assist Food Technologists and the Plant Production team in coordinating with vendors and suppliers. Support procurement and setup of plant infrastructure including packaging equipment, tanks, RO systems, WTP (Water Treatment Plants) , and other production-related machinery. Manage documentation and processes for NOCs, licenses, and other government approvals necessary for plant setup and operation. Liaise with external vendors, agents, and consultants to ensure timely and compliant execution of all setup activities. Maintain records and follow up on all operational and regulatory requirements during the NPD and commissioning phases. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in plant setup or NPD roles in the FMCG or Beverage industry. Strong understanding of vendor coordination , plant utilities, packaging machinery, and water treatment systems. Familiar with regulatory approvals, industry licenses, and government liaison processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
