Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Monitoring, calibrating the Inspections & Test the Quality of Milk & Milk Products with ISO Standards by implementing Cleanliness, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure adherence to
quality standards
during all packing operations in compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and customer requirements.
Conduct
in-process quality checks
for packaging materials, sealing, labeling, and coding to maintain product integrity.
Supervise
sampling and testing
of packed products to ensure compliance with microbiological, chemical, and sensory parameters.
Coordinate with
production and maintenance teams
to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate
documentation and quality records
for audits and regulatory inspections.
Train and guide packing staff on
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
, hygiene, and quality protocols.
Ensure effective handling of
customer complaints
and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Oversee
calibration of QC instruments
used in the packing station.

Lead and manage the quality team
at the packing station, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to SOPs.
