Job Description

Production planning & scheduling. Material requirement planning, scheduling and dispatching to ensure on time deliveries.
Monitoring and planning for non moving RM and FG for consumption on time.Formulating process to track plain vs actual, identification of gap and eliminating the bottlenecks.Effective planning and achieve actual capacity calculation of equipment.Machine loading to meet customer deadline.Capacity planning on weekly and monthly basis for optimum utilization of available capacity.Co-ordination with marketing team for orders, job status and dispatch.Planning day-to-day production strategies, production schedules along with resource allocation and machine loading for manufacturing operations.
