Role & responsibilities Operations Management: Plan, organize, and direct daily plant operations to meet production goals. Quality Control: Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, inventory, and workforce to optimize efficiency. Process Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff to foster a motivated workforce. Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions. Preferred candidate profile B.E Chemical with min.15 Years of experience in plant operations
