Job Description

Plant operations

Batching:
Accurately measure and combine cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures according to the specific mix design.
Quality control:
Perform rigorous testing to guarantee the concrete meets durability, strength, and permeability standards.
Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all plant machinery and equipment.
Inventory management:
Monitor and manage the stock of raw materials like cement, sand, and aggregates.
Safety and compliance:
Ensure the plant and its operations comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Truck operations and delivery

Pre-trip inspection:
Inspect the truck before each trip to ensure it is safe for operation.
Loading:
Ensure the correct mix and quantity of concrete is loaded according to customer orders.
Adjustment:
Adjust the slump of the concrete as needed to meet customer specifications.
Delivery:
Drive the truck to construction sites and deliver the concrete promptly and efficiently.
Placement assistance:
Assist with pouring, spreading, and setting the concrete on the job site, and ensure all chutes are properly assembled.
Post-delivery:
Clean the truck after each delivery to prevent residue buildup.

Management and technical roles

Production planning:
Schedule and plan daily production based on customer and project requirements.
Team supervision:
Supervise and train plant staff, operators, and drivers.
Sales and logistics:
Coordinate with sales teams, project engineers, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Technical consulting:
Advise on mix designs, quality management, and operational efficiency to control costs and meet project specifications.
