STP Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our STP facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of STP processes, electrical systems, and equipment used in sewage treatment plants, with a proven track record of managing day-to-day plant operations effectively.

• Location: Patna
• Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in STP plant management
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the STP plant to ensure efficient and compliant functioning.
• Supervise plant staff and coordinate with contractors/vendors as required.
• Monitor plant performance, carry out routine inspections, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems and other STP equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain records of operations, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure environmental standards are met.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant technical qualification.

✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing an STP plant.

✅ Knowledge of electrical systems, pumps, blowers, control panels, and other equipment used in STP.

✅ Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical faults.

✅ Good organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

✅ Knowledge of applicable environmental regulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
