Plant Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Leadership

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of press shop machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring high performance and skill development.

• Equipment & Process Management

• Ensure optimal functioning of mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, and related automation systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in press shop equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine utilization and reduce breakdowns.

• Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety standards and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

• Continuous Improvement

• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and equipment modernization.
• Implement lean maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).

• Vendor & Resource Management

• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for timely procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality from external maintenance providers.
