Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and best practices for maintenance activities.
Execute maintenance tasks with quality and safety, adhering to schedules and budgets.
Implement corrective and preventive actions as per organizational policy.
Coordinate shutdowns and ensure timely execution according to schedule.
Manage equipment repair and refurbishment activities, including contractor management.
Oversee data management for critical assets, equipment job history, learning records, and special job reports.
Review and maintain IMS documents.
Conduct regular performance monitoring, reporting, and escalation as required.
Facilitate minor projects/MOC/Capex and support the release of Material/Service PRs & service entries.
Interact with various support services including Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, and security.
Take ownership for HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings).

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
At least 10 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years as a discipline head.
Strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Ability to improve manpower productivity and delegate work effectively.
Experience in managing plant maintenance operations, including budgeting and cost control.
Skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and coordination with CES for technical support.
Knowledge of audit processes and adherence to statutory requirements.
Familiarity with IMMS group, customs & excise department, and other relevant stakeholders.
