Plant & Machinery Operations

• Manage operation, deployment, and performance of earthmoving, concreting, material handling, and lifting equipment across project sites.
  
• Prepare monthly P&M schedules and cost estimates to support project timelines.
  
• Optimize project cost through timely mobilization and demobilization of assets.
  

2. Hiring & Procurement

• Finalize equipment hiring terms as per site requirements and issue LOIs.
  
• Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and comparison statements for equipment hiring and material procurement.
  

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare monthly analysis reports on O&M cost, asset utilization, productivity, downtime, fuel usage, safety compliance, spares inventory, energy consumption, and workmen training.
  
• Maintain equipment health records, maintenance logs, and daily P&M reports.
  

4. Maintenance Management

• Develop and execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans ensuring >95% equipment availability.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory based on maintenance schedules and equipment condition.
  

5. Erection & Dismantling (E&D)

• Prepare monthly E&D plans and coordinate with site and erection teams for tower cranes, passenger hoists, MCWPs, RSPs, and related equipment.
  
• Develop work methodologies, schemes, and risk assessments for critical erection and dismantling activities.
  

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and statutory requirements such as RTO norms, insurance, third-party inspections, drop tests, and audit compliance.
  
• Prepare site operation schemes related to logistics, dewatering, plumbing, and power cable management.
  

7. Team Management

• Lead a team of mechanics and electricians, providing technical training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
