We are looking for a skilled and proactive Plant & Machinery Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep, repair, and efficient functioning of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment, including:
• Steel moulds
• Hydraulic vibrators
• EOT & Hydra cranes
• Readymix batcher mixers
• Electric motors, VFDs, PLC-operated machinery
• Hydraulic power packs
• Air compressors and other auxiliary equipment
• Diagnose faults in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems and ensure timely rectification.
• Maintain and update maintenance schedules, logs, and equipment history records.
• Ensure minimal downtime by implementing effective preventive maintenance practices.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for spare parts procurement and specialized repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Assist in machinery installation, commissioning, and upgradation projects.
• Monitor stock of critical spares and consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance of heavy industrial machinery, preferably in manufacturing or precast concrete industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, PLCs, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and train maintenance staff.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on minimizing downtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Partapur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
