Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for accurately calculating earnings, deductions, overtime, leave encashment, incentives, etc. to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement in coordination with finance/accounts. Additionally, you will be required to handle statutory deductions and compliance by calculating and deducting PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, etc. as per current regulations. You will also need to generate and file monthly/quarterly returns and ensure remittances are done within timelines. Moreover, you will coordinate with supervisors to verify attendance irregularities, resolve employee queries, and support internal and external audits with proper documentation and reports. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field. - Excellent knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, etc.). - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Note: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The job type is full-time and permanent, with a rotational shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
