Job Description

Role & responsibilities should have at least 5 years of experience as a plant head managing a similar (SMS & rolling) TMT plant with a capacity of at least 30 K tons per month alternatively should have at least 10 years of experience of effectively managing SMS Division of a TMT plant with a capacity of at least 30K tons per month ; in addition, should have overseen (as a leave cover or as a part of job rotation) working of the rolling Division of TMT plant should have demonstrated sustainable improvements leading to reductions in COGS (yields, rejections, rework, productivity etc); implementation of new projects as also improvement projects should have established contemporary manufacturing systems like TPM / TQM / Manufacturing Excellence (WCM in short) Preferred candidate profile Male 45-to-50 years in age
