Job Title: Plant Head – SS Welded Tubes & Pipes

Location: Umbergaon (Khatlawada Plant)
Industry: ERW Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes Manufacturing
Experience Required: 15–20 Years (preferably in a similar industry)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, production planning, and inventory control.
• Drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and cost optimization.
• Manage teams across production, maintenance, QA/QC, stores, dispatch, and HR/admin functions within the plant.
• Coordinate with the senior management on production goals, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS or relevant certifications).
• Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
