Job Description

Experience: 10–15 years in sheet metal fabrication or cabinet manufacturing Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Production/Industrial or equivalent Job Profile: Lead the setup and commissioning of the new sheet metal plant Oversee production planning, procurement, quality, safety, and dispatch Ensure lean manufacturing and efficient workflow across departments Liaise with senior management for budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning KPIs: Plant setup timeline adherence Achievement of production targets (monthly/quarterly) Scrap and waste reduction Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) benchmarks Team development and training metrics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
