Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for

  Plant Operations with Quality as HOD

• End-to-end quality management

  of RM, PM, WIP & Finished Goods
• Supplier SPOC for

  defective RM/PM correction & vendor coordination

• Conduct daily DDS meetings

  , raise issues & drive closure
• Handle

  SAP-based production release

  (RM / PM / FG / WIP with QA clearance)
• Online quality testing (Attribute, Variable & Setup)
• CAPA, RCA (Why-Why, Fishbone, 4M, 6W2H)
• Maintain

  Scorecards / SQM / PQM

• Audit handling – Global QA, Deep Dive & SIP audits

• Strong control on SOPs, Documentation & Records

• Utilities start-up/shutdown, LOTO system

  , safety & 5S compliance
• Machine changeovers (Brand & SKU), centerline compliance
• Operation of supporting equipment (Coding M/C, Checkweigher, Printers)
• Lead

  Autonomous Maintenance, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement

• Train teams on Fem-care Quality Standards

• Emergency handling, firefighting & first aid readiness

Required Profile

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred

• 10+ years experience

  in:
• Sanitary napkins / diapers / hygiene FMCG manufacturing
• Strong exposure to

  quality systems, audits & shopfloor leadership

• Advanced MS Office & documentation skills

• Hands-on, execution-focused plant leader
