Plant Head – ERW/CDW & Precision Tubes

Location: Sikandrabad , Uttar Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 18 years in steel tube manufacturing (ERW/CDW/Precision Tubes)
Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership of the ERW/CDW & Precision Tube Plant operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Dispatch).
• Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), productivity, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with ISO, IATF, and other quality systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve monthly and annual production targets with a strong focus on zero-defect delivery.
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules, CAPEX planning, and implementation of modern manufacturing tools (TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and QA to introduce new tube sizes/specifications for automotive, general engineering, and export segments.
• Ensure strict adherence to ESG, safety, and statutory compliance standards.

Desired Profile:

• B.Tech / BE – Mechanical / Metallurgy or related field.
• 18+ years of progressive experience in ERW/CDW/Precision Steel Tube manufacturing.
• Proven experience in handling a 100+ member team and modern automated production lines.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with exposure to OEM/Tier 1 customer audits and requirements.

• Production planning & cost reduction
• Quality improvement & customer satisfaction
• Plant efficiency, safety, and manpower productivity
