Plant Head Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities (Food Industry)

You will be responsible for Maintenance & Engineering Excellence, including leading preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all production and utility equipment. You will build and implement a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar and digital tracking system (CMMS) to ensure zero-repeat breakdowns. Managing AMCs, spare part planning, and vendor performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead installation and commissioning of new production lines and technologies, collaborating with OEMs, consultants, and internal teams for process optimization and capacity scaling. You will oversee Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems design, execution, and maintenance for both plants, ensuring adherence to safety, statutory, and GMP standards. In the domain of Facilities, Housekeeping & Upkeep, you will maintain world-class hygiene and GMP standards across production and non-production areas. Overseeing the upkeep of buildings, roads, canteens, and storage facilities will also fall under your purview. As a Team Leader, you will lead the engineering, maintenance, and utilities teams, building team capability through structured skill training and ownership culture.
