Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end plant operations including production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, engineering, and safety.
  
• Monitor production KPIs to ensure delivery, quality, and cost goals are consistently met.
  
• Drive GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance across all departments.
  
• Ensure efficient resource utilization manpower, raw materials, machinery, and utilities.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination between production, QA/QC, R&D, and logistics.
  
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Mentor and build leadership capability within the plant team.
  
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, cost control, and capacity expansion.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Industrial Engineering. (Candidates with an MBA in Operations/Management preferred)

• Experience:

  15–20 years in plant operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, or personal care manufacturing.

• Skills:

  Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, BIS), operational leadership, and team building.
