Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Plant Head. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, manage production planning, ensure quality control, and handle budgeting and production management. The role includes supervising daily operations, leading the production team, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Experience in Production Planning and Budgeting
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the steel industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
