PLANT ENGINEERING HPDC

Responsibilities

• Ability to read Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuit drawing & Trouble shooting 
• Basic Knowledge & hands on experience in Hydraulic pump, machine geometrical parameter
• Ability to draw mechanical drawing / Reading machine layout ets.,
• Breakdowns/ Trouble shooting maintenance of HPDC shop floor machines like ITAL PRESSE, BUHLER, Striko Melting/Dosing & Holding furnace, Robots, Trim press, Electrical furnace & SPM etc.
• Involved in the inspection, installation & commissioning of machines.
• Carrying out Kaizens Activities & Root cause Analysis to reduce breakdowns.
• Planning & executing Preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Interacting with various support departments for continuous improvement
• Conducting manpower training & improve subordinate’s skill level.
• Spare parts planning & control
• Ensuring machine availability (at an average of 95%) to achieve planned production
• Analysis of repeated breakdowns and formulation of countermeasures to tackle the same.
• Analysis the Gap  between the plan and actual and making countermeasures to compensate the backlogs

Qualifications

DME or BE Min 9-12 Years’ Experience in High Pressure Die casting Machine Maintenance
