Responsibilities Ability to read Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuit drawing & Trouble shooting Basic Knowledge & hands on experience in Hydraulic pump, machine geometrical parameter Ability to draw mechanical drawing / Reading machine layout ets., Breakdowns/ Trouble shooting maintenance of HPDC shop floor machines like ITAL PRESSE, BUHLER, Striko Melting/Dosing & Holding furnace, Robots, Trim press, Electrical furnace & SPM etc. Involved in the inspection, installation & commissioning of machines. Carrying out Kaizens Activities & Root cause Analysis to reduce breakdowns. Planning & executing Preventive maintenance as per schedule. Interacting with various support departments for continuous improvement Conducting manpower training & improve subordinate’s skill level. Spare parts planning & control Ensuring machine availability (at an average of 95%) to achieve planned production Analysis of repeated breakdowns and formulation of countermeasures to tackle the same. Analysis the Gap between the plan and actual and making countermeasures to compensate the backlogs · Qualifications DME or BE Min 9-12 Years’ Experience in High Pressure Die casting Machine Maintenance
