We are seeking for an self driven Plant Engineering and Maintenance engineer to work in our 2-Wheeler manufacturing plant to support on plant maintenance activities.
1. Responsible for developing and Implementing the Maintenance programs and
strategies and ensure on proper functioning of machinery.
2. Formulation of Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and identifying
opportunities for improvement.
3. Overseeing of Infrastructure mainten ance along with ensuring safety and
Compliance.
4. Contribution towards Machinery upgrades, Facility Expansion Etc.
5. Risk assessment and pro active approach over potential hazards.
6. Should be able to analyze the Root Cause of failure and also should focus on
Ka izen and 5s Principles.
7. Supervision and proper guidance over safety to technicians and Supporting
Staffs.
