We have recent job opening for the position of HR (Plant Admin.) for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product is Readymix concrete.

Job Description:

· To provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations in plant

· Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication and computing system.

· Coordinate and provide administrative support for weekly staff meetings.

· Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

· Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.

· Providing administrative follow up to the plant.

· Knowledge of office policies and procedures with problem solving activities.

Job Role:

· Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

· Review current HR technology and recommend more effective with smoothly handling software activities.

· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

· Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/half yearly and annually evaluations)

· Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management

Job Position: HR (Plant Admin.)

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Note:-- Vacancy only for female Candidates with RMC and Construction experience.
