You will be joining Shaurya Aeronautics Private Limited, a well-established CAR 145 Approved MRO company that primarily caters to General Aviation Aircraft. This full-time on-site position is based at Shaurya Aeronautics Dwarka Office in New Delhi. As a Planning Manager / Sr Executive in the Planning Department, your key responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations for general aviation aircraft on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should have experience working in the Planning Department of a CAR 145 Organization (MRO) within the General Aviation sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to collaborate with Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, assisting them in completing tasks such as Work Orders and Task Cards. Your organizational and planning skills will play a crucial role in managing the operations effectively. It is important to have a good network within the general aviation companies across India and a sound understanding of MRO processes in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing data efficiently and making prompt decisions. Familiarity with general aviation regulations and compliance is necessary for this role. The required experience for this position ranges from 2 to 10 years in the Planning Department of a CAR 145 MRO. Candidates applying for the Planning Manager position should have over 5 years of experience. Any previous experience in a similar role will be considered an added advantage.
