Job Description

Responsible for preparation of project schedule as per desired level of schedule and preparation of budget & cash flow.
Determine resource requirement of manpower, material and machineries as per schedule/budget.
Monitoring & tracking of master schedules & Budget as well as resources.
Projection and monitoring of resources in line with monthly progress.
Preparation material indent, budget through SAP system.
Coordination with site team in line monthlies target as well as coordination with client and flagging of Drawing related & NSC issues. Inter department coordination for daily activities.
Coordination with RO & HO official for material tracking
Submission of MIS reports, Daily/weekly/monthly reports and SPCLway reports, MRM presentation to RO as well as Client.
