Job Description

Hiring: Planning Manager – Mumbai/Pune

We’re looking for a Planning Manager to lead aggressive timeline enforcement across fit-out and construction projects in Mumbai & Pune.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and update master project schedules with PDs, PMO, and site teams
  • Enforce milestone-based tracking and zero-delay execution
  • Drive material and drawing tracker compliance
  • Validate site progress through on-ground checks and weekly reviews
  • Ensure time extension requests are backed by formal client approvals only


Requirements:

  • Experience in project planning (interiors/construction preferred)
  • Strong coordination across Purchase, Factory, Design, and Site Teams
  • Assertive communicator with escalation mindset
  • Tracker and milestone reporting proficiency
  • Commitment to “Every Project On Time” policy
