Planning Manager (Real Estate)

Job Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive project planning, including schedules, bar charts, and cash flow charts.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress weekly/monthly, and identify potential risks with mitigation strategies.
• Estimate project timescales and ensure deadlines are met through effective planning and coordination.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources in line with project schedules and requirements.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), conduct Rate Analyses, and develop accurate material and cost estimates.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure best pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Analyze project specifications, technical drawings, and develop time schedules and budgets to achieve project targets cost-effectively.
• Manage and liaise with contractors, suppliers, site managers, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Observe existing processes, analyze staff performance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all contract terms, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, write detailed reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Attend and coordinate project meetings to align all teams on project deliverables and timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

• 8+ years of relevant experience in planning.
• Strong proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.
• Thorough understanding of the complete project lifecycle in real estate development from planning to handover.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
