Planning & Installation Professional

As a Training and Installation Coordinator, your role involves organizing training programs on Planning & Installation for new dealers. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability as per the sales team's costing and ensuring all major projects are completed within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Organize training programs on Planning & Installation for new dealers - Maintain profitability as per the sales team's costing - Handle all major projects and ensure completion within agreed timelines - Visit dealer jobs periodically to maintain installation quality - Train and develop dealer team on new products - Build and maintain relationships with key customers during installation stage - Collect satisfaction letters from customers - Prepare and provide cost variance reports for major jobs - Release timely work orders to dealers on NAD / Key customer jobs - Submit necessary documentation and bills to customers and ensure timely collection - Provide continuous feedback on product quality to Product Managers - Support Channel Partners with necessary spares during pre-commissioning failures - Prepare pre-commissioning failure reports to Quality / Factory and obtain necessary credit to branch - Claim timely insurance on damaged machines delivered at warehouse/sites and follow up for necessary settlement - Ensure credits for spares issued during pre-commissioning failure from the factory - Resolve any escalations promptly and ensure there are no further escalations Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Planning & Installation processes - Experience in training and development of teams - Familiarity with documentations and billing procedures (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
