As a Planning & Installation Training Program Organizer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Organizing training programs on Planning & Installation for all new dealers to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. - Maintaining profitability by adhering to the costing provided by the sales team, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. - Handling all major projects and overseeing their completion within the agreed timelines to meet customer expectations. You will be expected to: - Visit dealer jobs periodically to uphold the quality of installation in alignment with company standards. - Train and develop the dealer team on new product introductions to enhance their product knowledge and service capabilities. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers during the installation phase, collecting satisfaction letters to gauge customer feedback. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and sharing cost variance reports for major executed jobs to track financial performance. - Releasing work orders to dealers promptly for NAD / Key customer jobs to facilitate smooth operations. - Submitting necessary documentation and bills to customers, ensuring timely collection to maintain positive cash flow. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in: - Providing feedback on product quality to Product Managers for continuous improvement. - Assisting Channel Partners with necessary spares during pre-commissioning failures to minimize downtime. - Compiling pre-commissioning failure reports and obtaining necessary credit from Quality / Factory for corrective actions. Moreover, your duties will involve: - Claiming timely insurance on damaged machines delivered at warehouse/sites and following up for settlement. - Ensuring credits for spares issued during pre-commissioning failures from the factory are processed efficiently. - Resolving any escalations promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold company reputation.,
