Job Description

Role & responsibilities Data Management: Organize, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced Excelfunctions. Macro Development: Design and implement Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Dashboard Development: Create interactive dashboards to track and visualize production performance, efficiency trends, and operational KPIs. Forecasting and Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to support business planning and decision-making. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements. Reporting: Generate detailed reports for monitoring shop floor and production metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with business objectives. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX- MATCH, Power Query). Proficient in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for macro development. Ability to design dynamic production dashboards for real-time monitoring. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in planning, data management, or process Automation Education : Diploma or certification in Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory).
