Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Executive located in Kanpur. The Planning Executive will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials, and managing inventory levels. The role involves analyzing production data to optimize resources, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Planning Executive will collaborate with the production team to streamline processes and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and procurement
• Proficiency in data analysis and record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry is a plus
