Planning Engineer

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project scheduling, monitoring, and controlling across multiple developments. The role involves resource planning, progress tracking, delay analysis, and reporting, ensuring projects meet company objectives of timely delivery within cost and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
• Monitor project milestones and progress against baseline.
• Coordinate with project engineers, billing teams, and management for status updates.
• Analyze risks, delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Generate progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
• Ensure project plans align with cost budgets and resource availability.
• Assist in procurement scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provide inputs for management presentations and decision-making.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 512 years experience in project planning and control, preferably in real estate/development sector.
• Expertise in Primavera/MS Project, Excel, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
