1. Responsible for preparing the scope of work.
2. Develop & Maintain detailed Construction schedules using MS Office tools.
3. Prepare, monitor & maintain Project Budgets, Monthly cashflow statements and business plans for all projects.
4. Track the project progress at different stages of Project.
5. Ensure submission of Daily progress reports (DPR), Monthly progress reports (MPR), Delay reports and preparing presentations for monthly review meetings.
6. Coordination with site teams, Contractors to track the deliverables and resolve on-site issues.
7. Coordinating with cross functional teams Design, Contract, Purchase and Billing department to align project schedules.
8. Creating and maintaining Project MIS and dashboards for management.
9. Ensuring the vendors and contractors timely billing certification and payment release.
10. Schedule the periodic site and contractor meetings to ensure alignment on project timelines and ensure the MOMs.
11. Identifying and analyse the project risk, bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues.
12. Implement and track compliance measures before, during and after the construction ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines.
