Planning Engineer

Job description Site planning Planning, tracking and updating the project schedule using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Preparation of DPR/WPR/MPR on regular basis. Estimating the resource requirement and prepare mobilization plan in the beginning in coordination with project managers and execution team. Also Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress against the schedule and report any delays or deviations to the project team. Support the project team in developing and maintaining project budgets. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Preparing and tracking procurement schedule. Preparation of delay analysis register and catch-up plan in case of any delay of project expiries. Must Have skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in engineering and construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Requirement of skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in engineering and construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
